ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING AND SPACE PLANNING Whether you’re building a new home or renovating an existing space, we begin by understanding how you live day-to-day. Through a thoughtful review of your plans, we identify opportunities to refine the layout, improve functionality, and ensure every detail supports the way you want to experience your home. Bringing an interior designer in from the beginning allows us to thoughtfully guide the process and create a foundation for a home that feels both beautiful and deeply personal.
DRAWING SETS We provide comprehensive, scaled drawing sets including floor plans, elevations, cabinetry and millwork details, lighting plans, and 3D renderings to clearly communicate the design intent. These documents give builders and contractors the information needed to provide accurate pricing, coordinate seamlessly, and fully understand the intent behind every detail before construction begins.
FINISH AND MATERIAL SELECTION We select everything down to the smallest of details to create a well designed, cohesive space. Including sourcing the lighting, hardware, tile, cabinetry, flooring, paint colors… everything down to the grout colors.
FURNITURE SELECTION We have built relationships with an extensive list of trade vendors to source unique furnishings beyond what is accessible through retailers.
ACCESSORIES + STYLING The architectural moments are not the only thing that make a beautiful atmosphere, the accessories bring a space to life. They are the collected pieces that tell your story. We love to carefully mix in vintage pieces with new pieces to add layers and complexity.
PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT We handle all of the quotes, procurement, ordering, tracking and delivery coordination so you don’t have to. True turn key service to your dream home.
